Your light is backed by a 30-day money back guarantee and a 90-day limited warranty. Our products, batteries excluded, are warranted to be free of defects from materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date. If the product fails to work during normal use we will repair or replace the defect at our discretion. Crashes, falls, and collisions are not considered normal use.
Please complete the warranty form and we will contact you to facilitate your return. Return of the repaired or replaced item may take up to 5 to 7 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about your warranty please contact customer care.
Installing the light is a relatively simple process. However, mistakes can be made that will damage or break the light. Improper installation is not covered by warranty. Do not attempt to remove the clip from the back of the light. Doing so will void your warranty.
